FKP 2u2i PROGRAM BECOMES THE LATEST BENCHMARK FOR UNIVERSITY MALAYA FPP

Once again, the Bachelor of Entrepreneurship program 2u2i Faculty of Entrepreneurship & Business (FKP) became a benchmark when receiving a visit from the University of Malaya (UM), a research university that is in the top 70 universities of the world according to the latest QS Ranking. This group of 5 people from the Faculty of Business & Accounting (FPP) was led by the Dean Prof. Dr. Che Ruhana Isa, all Deputy Dean and Chief Assistant Registrar. This is a counter visit as a result of a visit led by the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic & International), Prof. Dr. Mohd Rafi Yaacob with the Dean of FKP, Prof. Madya Ts. Dr. Zailani Abdullah and Dean of MGSEB, Prof. Prof. Dr. Nora'ani Mustapha to FPP UM in April 2019 recently.

 

The presentation of the 2u2i program was made by Dr. Shah Iskandar Fahmie bin Ramlee who is the coordinator of 2u2i. Among others, the FKP has shared about the planning & implementation of the 2u2i program where the faculty is also ready to provide advisory services to the FPP if interested in creating a 2u2i program in the future. The delegation was also taken to visit the 2u2i Incubator where a briefing was once again given by the 2u2i coordinator.

Apart from that, the FPP has also shared their experience from planning to the implementation of AACSB Accreditation. Recently, FKP is making preliminary plans to obtain ACCSB Accreditation within 3 - 5 years from now. The partnership made is very beneficial to FKP where the Dean of FPP is also one of the ACCSB Accreditation panel.
