FACULTY OF ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND BUSINESS SUPERVISION WORKSHOP

This Supervision Enhancement Workshop is organized by the Faculty of Entrepreneurship and Business (FKP) in collaboration with the School of Graduate Studies (PPS) which aims to ensure academic excellence and to produce quality students in the field of research. The target participants for this program are for all academic staff of Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK) especially the supervisors.

This Supervision Enhancement Workshop aims to help supervisors to supervise students, especially postgraduate students with the right techniques as well as with the experience that will be shared by the speaker in producing quality and excellent students in the field of research. Among the main objectives of this program held:

i. To provide exposure to young supervisors to supervise students in a correct and efficient manner.

ii. To give the supervisor exposure to good supervision techniques.

iii. To strengthen the supervisor as a quality and excellent supervisor.

This workshop was attended by 40 UMK academic staff from various faculties and the guest speaker was Prof. Dr. Razli Bin Che Razak, who is the Dean of UMK Graduate School and an external guest speaker, Prof. Dr. Zaidatun Bt Tasir, Dean of the School of Graduate Studies, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UMT). The results of this program can further improve the quality of supervision among lecturers, especially to postgraduate students.
